Activation code for trackables
You can always get the activation code for your trackables directly from the manufacturer on the Internet. Enter the tracking code there and you will receive the activation code. Most codes can also be requested directly from groundspeak under “Lost Activation Code”. You can find an overview of this in our webshop.

We usually send your parcels within 24 hours. The goods are sent with DHL or Deutsche Post. After shipping you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. The delivery times within Germany are usually 1-2 days. Within Europe approx. 2-7 days.

Invoice including statutory VAT. – You will receive the invoice by email.
Personalized articles
In addition to the shipping time of 1-2 days within Germany, we also need a processing time of 2-5 days for personalized products such as car stickers, T-shirts, stamps. Please check your emails if you have any questions about your article. The exchange of “articles according to customer requirements” is excluded.
