If item arrives damaged, please contact us via messages with a picture of the damaged area. All returns must be pre-approved by seller. * For all NON-seller mistake returns such as not liking the color, quality, shape etc., the return shipping fee is at the buyers expense. If the item was shipped free of charge, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee. The 20% restocking fee of the sale price will also be deducted from the refund amount. * When returning the item, please make sure the item is in its original condition (clean, no damage, and resealable). Please ship back the item in its original package with return authorization slip or approval email. Everything shipped with it (manuals, parts, etc.) must also be returned.
